What's your shipping policy?

We deliver internationally with the exception of European countries. The process starts as soon as you place an order. Your order is submitted to our pharmaceutical center operating from India. After being reviewed by an experienced pharmacist, it is dispatched and shipped within a 24-hour period. We use the system of online tracking for you to be aware of where your package is. We send you the tracking code via e-mail, and you get a chance to monitor the entire process from home.

So, there are two options for you when it comes to shipping:

• Delivery via Certified Courier shipping service that combines EMS and USPS and commonly takes between 4 and 7 business days. We highly recommend this method, as it is currently the fastest and most reliable one.
• Delivery via Regular Mail, taking up to two weeks (14 days). There is no option of tracking code available.

You can always be sure you order will be delivered in discreet packaging to provide for your anonymity. In case you do not receive the order within 10 days (for Certified Courier shipping delivery option) or 20 days (for Regular Mail delivery), your order will be reshipped with no extra charge whatsoever.

Please note! Due to the recently introduced US customs regulations, if you use the Certified Courier shipping option, an additional period of quarantine may be required for your package, and it may be recognized as inadmissible. If that happens, we will be happy to re-ship your order via regular mail without charging extra money.
