Refund Policy

What's your refund policy?

We provide refunds for your orders in the following cases:

• If the order you placed has not been shipped yet.
• If you opened the package that was delivered to you and/or used the medication. In that case, you will need to provide us your physician's statement stating that taking the medicine sent affected your condition negatively. We will refund your order in full less the shipping cost as soon as we receive those documents.
