Flomax Description
Flomax is used to treat prostate disease, a condition called BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia, also known as prostate enlargement). Flomax belongs to a class of alpha-blockers. The principle of it effect lies in the weakening of muscles of the neck of urinary bladder and prostate, which in turn leads to the relief of symptoms of BPH, such as a sense of frequent urination, weak urine stream, difficulty in beginning urination, as well as the need to urinate in the middle of the night. This medicine should not be used to treat high blood pressure.
Side effects:
You may experience: sleep problems, dizziness, unusual weakness, runny nose, or difficulty of ejaculating. Inform the doctor immediately in case of an exacerbation or appearance of any side effects.
